Desertification in Algeria essentially concerns the steppes of arid and semi-arid regions high plateau which are subject to recurrent droughts increasing anthropogenic pressure; this phenomenon results reduction biological potential. Faced with alarming situation, a project called green dam was established aim maintaining ecological balance. The work carried out consists taking stock reforestation Djelfa region its impact on phytodiversity by qualitative quantitative analysis, it aims highlight richness flora area.40 phytosociological surveys used subjective sampling between March June 2024 minimum surface 100 m2 allowed us draw up list 109 plant species distributed across 21 botanical families, Asteraceae, Fabaceae, Poaceae as most dominant families (27.5%, 13.8% 12.8%) respectively.
