Customer
satisfaction
(CST)
is
a
critical
focus
for
both
public

private
organizations
due

its
significant
impact
on
business
success.

this
context,

sales
behavior,
perceived
trust,
customer
loyalty,
green
experience

factors
influencing
CST.
This
study

the
relationships
among

variables

UAE.

224
respondents
using
structured
questionnaire.
