Currently, banks are facing challenges in fulfilling the interests of stakeholders, not only from an economic point view, but also terms environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects. This is due to increasing concern for sustainability issues, including lending activities. Lending activities constitute largest portion bank assets contributor revenues. Thus, need certain business models strategies encourage sustainable growth; otherwise, it will be difficult fulfill stakeholder’s support development goals. study aimed build a model select state-owned Indonesia using value chain approach. The utilizing triple-layer canvas (TLBMC) based on results previous research report data three banks. formulation strategy selection as key driver utilized analytical hierarchy process (AHP) expert respondent collected through questionnaires. showed that distribution at Indonesia, which was built TLBMC framework, can realize goals form model. Furthermore, this used basis selecting strategies. In addition, AHP yielded alternative market penetration green loans micro, small, medium enterprises (MSMEs) drivers growth.

The world today is highly interconnected. To address the manpower shortage in Japan and surplus Indonesia 30 years ago, both countries developed an internship program, "Ginou Jisshu." During internship, participants with Indonesian culture-based individual characteristics are exposed to Japanese work culture. This study aimed investigate how interns' their assimilation of culture improve competency competitiveness, considering self-efficacy as a moderating factor. Using quantitative research method, data from 400 alumni across 38 provinces were collected through Google Form questionnaires analyzed using PLS-SEM. Out 10 proposed hypotheses, all direct effect hypotheses accepted, 3 moderation while 2 rejected. introduces novel paradigm where any positive effect, regardless statistical significance, considered beneficial.
