The Academic Information System (Siakad) has been implemented at STKIP Harapan Bima to enhance campus administrative effectiveness. This study aims analyze the impact of Siakad on four main indicators: time efficiency, service quality, data accessibility, and user satisfaction. A quantitative approach with a survey design was employed, involving 50 respondents consisting students, lecturers, staff. results indicate that positively impacts all indicators, high average scores across board. Time efficiency accessibility were most appreciated aspects by users, while primary challenges identified unstable internet connectivity system errors. To improve effectiveness Siakad, enhancements network infrastructure, regular updates, technical training for new users are recommended. provides crucial recommendations further development as more efficient effective administration tool.

Purpose Currently, innovation performance (IP) and quality (IQ) are essential intertwined constructs that help small- medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) thrive in a competitive business environment achieve long-term success sustainability. This paper aims to examine the effect of top management knowledge values (TMKVs), knowledge-oriented culture (KOC) rewards on IP IQ through sharing.
