Sentiment Analysis Of Gojek, Grab, Maxim Applications Using Support Vector Machine Algorithm

This research analyzes user sentiment towards three major online transportation applications in Indonesia—Gojek, Grab, and Maxim using the \SVM algorithm. The analysis results indicate that has highest positive rate (42.45%) compared to Grab (32.83%) Gojek (20.21%). Maxim's advantages lie its competitive pricing driver professionalism. However, recorded best performance classification with an accuracy of 94%, followed by (90%) (87%). evaluation based on five main variables (general sentiment, drivers, services, applications, pricing/costs) reveals strengths each application different categories. excels general satisfaction, dominates pricing/cost, stands out category. Wordcloud visualization frequently mentioned words such as "driver," "application," "order," reflecting users' primary concerns experiences. provides valuable insights for service providers improve quality, although it limitations exploring external factors demographics marketing strategies, well relying a single algorithm without comparison. choice SVM is ability handle well-structured data provide high classification. effective finding optimal hyperplane clearly separates classes, making suitable involving multiple variables.
