This study is intended to analyse the implementation of assertive communication in organisations increase organisational commitment mediated by leadership style. The purpose this determine how assertiveness has influenced style and implications for commitment. results obtained that (X) a direct influence on Organisational Commitment (Y) positively significantly, which 60.3%, its mediating variable, namely (M) also positive significant influence, 64.2%. While implemented with implication commitment, 74.2% where as mediation declared be able mediate evidenced decrease value c 0.695 0.100
