The application of character in the school environment still needs to be developed further. This research tries implement values into learning process. Learning is designed according syntax containing love for homeland through smart card media. type qualitative descriptive research. informants involved this were principal, class V teacher, and students at Elementary School (ES) Baban I Sumenep, East Java, Indonesia. data collection technique using questionnaires observation. analysis used a statistical obtain percentage value student activity toward treatment. These findings show that was 85% Observer 88.5% II with very good criteria. questionnaire scores obtained after 82.6%. Before carried out, score 72.4%. Developing media can optimize sense courtesy, mutual respect between others, appreciation services heroes.

One problem that often arises in science learning is the low enthusiasm of students to take part learning, which impacts outcomes. Sejak diberlakukan Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) digabung dengan Alam (IPA) nama IPAS (Ilmu dan Sosial). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar menggunakan model cooperative learning teknik TSTS (Two Stay Two Stray) pembelajaran konvensional. Desain penelitian pola control group pre-test-post-test design. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi tes. Tekhnik analisa rumus uji statistik t-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada antara siswa kelas IV materi wujud zat perubahannya Cooperative Learning Adanya beda pre-test post-test pada kedua yaitu eksperimen sebesar 20,18 kontrol 10,28 diajar lebih baik dari Kesimpulan Model konvensional Kelas SDN Bumianyar II Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024.

Pembelajaran matematika materi bangun datar di sekolah dasar masih belum optimal. Hal ini dikarenakan guru tidak menggunakan media untuk memvisualisasikan konsep absrtak pada materi, sehingga siswa sulit memahami materi. Maka dari itu penelitian bertujuan mengembangkan dan menganalisis efektivitas magic box berbasis pendekatan kontekstual kelas IV SD. Subjek yakni yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Model pengembangan digunakan ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation evaluation). Metode pengumpulan data wawancara, kuisioner/angket tes. Instrumen lembar kuisioner tes pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis kuantitatif, kualitatif inferensial. Uji uji hipotesis (uji-t satu sampel). Sebelumnya terlebih dahulu dilakukan prasyarat (normalitas). This developmental study aims to create an Android-based comic learning media for Grade VII students, focusing on Earth and Solar System material in science subjects. The objective is enhance experiences assess the media's feasibility. Existing resources often fail meet students' needs improve outcomes. Following ADDIE model, research includes analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation stages. Thirty students from SMPN 1 Harau District participated academic year 2023/2024. Research instruments included validation sheets, teacher student questionnaires, test items. was validated by experts media, material, language, scoring very valid all aspects. Teacher feedback rated as practical. In effectiveness test, achieved average posttest score of 82.08, with achievement percentage 83.33%. gain result 0.63, indicating moderate improvement. demonstrates validity, practicality, teaching students.

Teacher competence in schools is still not optimal because the average teacher below 50%, especially pedagogical, personal, and social competence. The compensation given to teachers who teach optimal; amount offered does meet principles of justice. basic salary 42.4%, allowances are 57.6%, which consists primary, functional, teaching, transport allowances. This research analyzes relationship between competence, compensation, performance elementary schools. method uses a quantitative approach with non-experimental correlational design. There were 40 respondents (non-permanent teachers) using non-probability sampling method. data collection technique survey closed questionnaire tools. Data analysis was carried out validity tests, reliability descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis. results show that coefficient competency variable (0.018) (0.025) significantly affects performance. Research results: better teacher's more will increase. implication school needs continue be improved various ways, one through continuous professional development programs, both independently managerial encouragement from principals.
