The use of teaching materials for the History Islamic Culture Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (SKI MI) Course in Teacher Education study program has yet to include self-directed learning improve outcomes. Therefore, this aims develop based on students Study Program (PGMI). research method is Research and Development, with a qualitative approach collect data from interviews observations quantitative obtain surveys experimental tests. development model used Borg Gall. results include: First, Second, are developed 7 stages by Third, assessed material an ideality reaching 88%, presentation 83%, language 86%, graphics 90%.
