This article aimsto understand role endocrinology process as well review currently available literature on causes disorders cycle.The method used Systematic Literature Review using Preferred Reporting Items for Reviews (PRISMA) flow by collecting articles, according to those obtained from PubMed database, Wiley Online Library, Science Direct Cochrane, keywords "Menstrual cycle, hormone disruption, gynecological disease , endocrinology” results analysis, 6 articles were selected that met criteria. conclusion ismany factors influence occurrence disturbances affect including diabetes, night shift work schedules, nutritional intake, smoking habits, psychological stress anxiety during pandemic due Covid-19 vaccine administration.
