The increasing penetration of renewable generations (RGs) poses significant challenges to the operation transmission power systems, especially for not only steady-stage uncertainties but also dynamic-state stability. Hence, symmetry RGs and synchronous (SGs) should be improved by a proper planning strategy. For this purpose, multi-stage stochastic method is proposed systems (TPSs) considering dynamic frequency Specifically, progressive over stages are addressed with nonanticipativity constraints. In scheme, uncertainty represented probability-weighted scenarios, decisions dependent on current realizations RG according constraints improve efficiency. Moreover, stability derived regulation strategy RGs, these nonconvex further linearized high accuracy maximal affine function-based compatibility model. Subsequently, hedging algorithm (PHA) designed reduce computational burden decomposing multi-scenario high-dimensional model into multiple small-scale models. Finally, effectiveness method, as well its superiority existing approaches, validated through numerical experiments.
