The newborns mortality rate in Indonesia is still quite high, indicated by the neonatal (AKN) of 15 per 1000 Live Births, where target only below 10 Births. This can be caused Low-Birth-Weight (BBLR) cases that leads to death. One form handling for these using a Baby Incubator intensive cares, which requires monitoring manually and presence nurse around baby incubator so condition room remains stable. Several studies have been conducted produced smart system address shortcomings. However, most incubators focused on without observing inside. Based this, study was producing capable real-time conditions (temperature, humidity, oxygen levels) heart rate, saturation, crying, visuals) applying Internet Things (IoT). results this largest number parameters monitored compared previous studies.
