Nanomicroelementology is the modern science of trace elements obtained using nanotechnology. Over past 20 years, its achievements have led to emergence many food additives and medicines containing metal nanoparticles (NPs). The leading role here belongs discovery zinc oxide NPs. They are widely used in cosmetic industries biomedical research, their annual synthesis has highest values among all nanomaterials. However, zinc-based NPs exhibit toxic effects, especially with prolonged administration. This occurs due action high doses but does not depend on route administration (oral, intratracheal, intraperitoneal). To obtain low-toxic, safe NPs, authors this article developed carbonate (ZnCN) by coprecipitation stabilized polyvinylpyrrolidone. Therefore, work aimed determine ZnCN hematotoxic effect. For purpose, a chronic toxicological experiment was conducted male Wistar rats (n = 25), which were administered from 25 200 mg/kg b. w. for 30 days. On 15th, 30th 45th days experiment, blood samples taken evaluation an automatic hemanalizer. Hematological parameters (hemoglobin level, number erythrocytes, leukocytes, platelets, hematocrit thrombocrit) examined during 45 did reveal pronounced signs toxicity studied compound. When (100–200 w.) animals experimental groups 3 4, leukocytopenia observed. At same time, group 3, day study, leukocyte content lower than control 18.3% (P < 0.05), 4 – 25.7 % 0.01). end day, remained significantly 17.9% 0.05). In contrast, indicator only tended decrease. It worth noting that some indicators (hemoglobin, erythrocytes) after administering 25–50 showed positive dynamics changes, indicates improvement metabolic profiles 1 2 rats. show hematotoxicity.
