Objective.The
aim
of
this
study
is
to
investigate
the
impact
COVID-19
booster
vaccination
received
during
current
pregnancy
on
maternal
and
perinatal
outcomes.
Material
Methods.This
was
an
observational
multicenter
study.Pregnant
women
who
gave
birth
while
infected
by
SARS
CoV2
Omicron
waves
were
included.Patients
divided
into
2
groups:
"booster
vaccination"
group
included
pregnant
had
completed
additional
dose
vaccine
pregnancy;
"non-booster
primary
without
shots.Data
about
obstetrical
neonatal
outcomes
in
both
groups
compared.Results.In
total,
59
patients
included:
41
shots
pregnancy,
18
did
not.Asymptomatic
forms
seen
58.5%
versus
16.6%

delivery
