Quantum Computers with its extraordinary computing power, have marked the beginning of a new era computers. Their presence is not just revolutionising scientific community, but also transforming world. However, such power in hands an adversary can be fatal. They will empower adversaries to unauthorized access user's data. Technologies based on lightweight cryptographic methods as Vehicular Communication, adversely affected. Thus, there need develop mechanisms that are and at same time uncompromisable by Quantum-Powered Adversaries (QPA) before powerful developed. In this chapter, we first focus current scenario secure communication how QPA exploit it. Later, Quantum-Safe Cryptography Artificial Intelligence contribute development defensive against QPA. Finally, conclude chapter highlighting challenges making solutions feasible for adoption.
