Tugas seorang guru lebih dari sekedar mengajarkan materi di kelas; Selain itu, ia mengajar, mengarahkan, mendukung, dan membantu siswa dalam menumbuhkan sikap perilaku positif untuk mereka menjadi orang baik. Ahli lain sependapat dengan Uno (2008), mendukung argumentasi Salahudin Irwanto mengenai pentingnya peran sebagai model pengembangan karakter religius: Guru harus mampu teladan bagi siswanya karena dia mewakili sekelompok yang bisa ditiru dikagumi. Oleh proses pembelajaran sangat penting, terutama hal penyampaian pengetahuan informasi berkaitan nilai-nilai moral. Pendidikan dituntut agar peserta didik mengantisipasi menjawab tantangan masa depan berwawasan agama. Pembinaan religius juga dapat dibantu menanamkan agama anak selalu berperilaku Kegiatan PAUD memungkinkan beribadah, memahami percaya pada ciptaan Tuhan, mencintai menghormati lain, mencapai tujuan mereka. Menurut temuan penelitian ini, RA Al-Hidayah memiliki membina mengembangkan memberikan kesempatan pertama kepada mewujudkan potensi sepenuhnya.

Professional teachers become an illustration of the ability a teacher to determine direction goals, values and quality in teaching accordance with their competence administering education. Teacher professionalism is seen as having relationship leadership models, especially early childhood education (PAUD), both formal non-formal This study aims analyze ideal model capable supporting from perspective PAUD Surabaya. research using descriptive quantitative method collected primary data questionnaires Thurstone scale which was distributed 184 teachers, Kindergarten (TK) Groups students (KB). The analysis technique carried out K-Mean Cluster describe group based on perspective. results cluster grouped 27% transformational perspective, 41% democratic 32% charismatic inferential that tested correlation between professional development obtained value ꭓ2 72.095 at p=0.000 (p<0.05) proves has significant development. An important finding this teachers' educational background no professionalism, while factors age, number students, tenure have professionalism. It suggested each institution should develop strengths character able support namely by providing for efforts potential increasing supervision, training learning process.

Teacher competence is one of the benchmarks for success education implemented. Therefore, qualified educators will be able to produce students who grow according thei rstage development. This ability closely related teachers teach in classroom. includes manage classes and interact with students. The purpose this study was analyze several teacher competencies including pedagogic competence, personality socialcompetence, professional competence. research method uses a qualitative descriptive analysi sapproach. results indicate that have applied social classroom learning but still need improved. But its application In poor category. It suggested canimprove their by participating various competency development trainings.
