Introduction. Bronchial asthma is an inflammatory disease manifested by various phenotypes. The most studied phenotype of allergic. Objective: conduct a analysis adult bronchial aeroallergens in Rostov region southern Russia Methods. In multicenter, retrospective, non-randomized cohort study, data from Allergy Explorer 2 (ALEX2) allergy chips were analyzed 166 asthma. Statistical processing results was carried out Microsoft Office Excel 2010 and Statistica 10.0 Windows software package. Results. showed that pollen predominance IgE-mediated reaction ragweed common – increase level IgE main allergen component Amb 1 (pectate lyase) registered 73 (43.98%) patients, wormwood Art v (defensin) noted 39 (23.49%). Sensitization allergens mold yeast fungi recorded, molecule Alternaria alternata (Alt 1) 27 (16.27%), less often enolase protein family 6) (1.20%), Cladosporium herbarum (Cla h 8) 1.20% (n=2), rarely Aspergillus fumigatus, superoxide dismutase (Asp f 5 (3.01%) examined patients. Among fungi, found Malassezia sympodialis: (Mala s 5) (0.60%) respectively. Conclusion. method used made establish not only spectrum sensitization, but also allergocomponents play causally significant role development simultaneous period flowering herbs sporulation increases antigenic load, which contributes Russia, transformation into more severe forms, expansion mixed sensitization.

Objective: evaluate profile adult bronchial Rostov region southern Russia using allergodiagnostics. Material methods.
