The article describes developed simulation model for analyzing reverse intermodulation distortion (RIMD) in envelope elimination and restoration (EER) switching mode RF power amplifiers (PA). transient analysis method MicroCap 12 as the modeling environment were chosen. adequacy of model's operation relation to a single voltage class D PA is shown by comparison with previously obtained theoretical results. Based on preliminary calculations, sufficient accuracy within considered dynamic range useful interfering signals was confirmed. possibility using EER RIMD at various frequency detuning shown.
