Background: With the rapid improvement of healthcare technologies, security and privacy most sensitive data, health data is at risk. Protecting patient has many components, even though are in electronic format. Although thoroughly discussed literature, there no study presenting all components protection. Methods: In this study, a complete evaluation framework presented, as an tool, inventory developed, reliability validity examined. Study conducted three phases: Conceptual development, development case study. evaluation, fuzzy conjoint analysis employed to handle subjectivity am-biguity. As result institution given protection ma-turity grade, between 1 5, where worst 5 best grade. Results: XXX’s biggest hospital, employing 800 nurses, evaluated. Half 400, have partici-pated Literature tells institutions do not invest enough protect privacy, results support finding. Institution’s maturity grade resulted level 2, which bad. Conclusion: The measures he with com-ponents. Result explains patients public if their safe or not. idea about choose, can conclude institutions’ terms privacy.
