Sports institutions in Indonesia have yet to fully embrace digital channels for disseminating and promoting their services the public. Despite some engaging publication through mainstream social media platforms, existing features fail comprehensively address requirements of sports sector. This study aims assess efficacy marketing efforts by digitizing via SHC app, purposefully designed sector's needs. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected from 108 institution managers utilizing app. Data collection entailed use Likert scale questionnaire ranging 1 5. Validity was tested Pearson Product Moment analysis, reliability evaluated using Cronbach Alpha. Subsequently, underwent quantitative descriptive analysis Spearman Rank correlation analysis. Findings reveal that all within app significantly impact foster strong relationships endeavors institutions. In summary, proves highly conducive digitalization institutions, enhancing initiatives. This study explores how integrating Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles into a transparent and user-friendly digital donation system can enhance fund management at the South East Asian Institute of Technology (SEAIT). Amid growing global national reliance on platforms, many educational institutions continue to face low stakeholder engagement due poor usability lack transparency. In Philippines, particularly in Mindanao, schools still largely depend manual or outdated systems, which hinder donor trust effective utilization. SEAIT, reflecting these broader challenges, reports increasing calls from donors stakeholders for more accessible, giving platform. Using qualitative approach, this gathers insights administrative financial staff identify design gaps user needs, aiming propose that builds encourages active participation.
