More efficient and productive employees enable businesses to achieve better results, innovate, enhance the quality of products services, respond changing market conditions. The research, therefore, focuses on analysis work procrastination in Slovak SMEs. We focus prevalence demographic determinants that have been investigated analysed among 253 administrative various SMEs Slovakia. Quantitative research was carried out by online inquiry using standard questionnaire Procrastination at Work Scale, which offline employee its total score.
