Published: Oct. 15, 2024

This article presents the global sensitivity analysis of serviceability limit state a steel truss using Monte Carlo simulations. The focus is on probabilistic assessment deflection, with failure probability defined as likelihood exceeding deflection limit. Deflection computed beam finite element method. A surrogate model introduced to reduce computational costs. By integrating and original models, significant CPU cost reductions are achieved. Furthermore, classical Sobol used examine outputs analyze significance member loading stiffness deflection. study advances use models in analysis, enhancing efficiency understanding interactions between input variables reliability structures.
