Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) plus chemotherapy have become a new first-line treatment option for patients with locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer. However, it is still controversial whether to choose alone ICIs as the due lack of ideal predictive biomarkers efficacy.
