Background. Sympathetic outflow may be capable of selectively increasing or decreasing glomerular capillary pressure and hence filtration rate (GFR) by differentially activating separate populations renal nerves. to the kidney is regulated major cortical, brainstem medullary areas. The purpose this study find out relationship between GFR HRV/EEG parameters as markers neural regulation kidney. Materials Methods. object observations were 10 men aged 37-69 years without clinical diagnosis tested twice with 7-days interval. was calculated according endogenous creatinine clearance Cockcroft & Gault formula. state autonomic nervous system assessed HRV method. Simultaneosly qEEG recorded. Results. For sample a whole, weak (r=0.396; p>0.05) correlation found HRV-marker sympathetic tone GFR. However, two clusters individuals can distinguished: strong (r=0.852; n=12) its complete absence (n=8). method revealed structures generating delta theta rhythms that upregulate GFR, beta rhythm downregulate regression model, which includes 16 EEG parameters, allows estimating standard error 3,4 mL/min. Conclusion. Glomerular subject modulatory regulatory influence estimated high accuracy parameters.
