This study numerically investigated the improvement of heat transmission to phase change material (PCM) paraffin wax in a triangular cell with and without fins. The enthalpy–porosity combination was quantitatively evaluated using ANSYS/FLUENT 20 program. Materials shifts were used this (RT42). According findings, fins significantly accelerate melting process decrease time required finish it. difference between is 125%. Moreover, inclusion v-shaped contributed 200% reduction time. Thus, use facilitates faster transfer from applications wherein materials are used.
