<p>Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengoptimalkan peran mediasi (lingkungan sekolah dan iklim sekolah) antara kesehatan siswa terhadap mental siswa. Jenis ini kuantitattif dengan metode survey pada guru dasar kota Cilegon, memasukan variabel prestasi kerja sebagai predictor yang mampu (tidak) menghubungkan variable independent (kesehatan lingkungan kerja) kinerja. Pendekatan digunakan analisis kuantitatif bagian adopsi <em>Partial Least Square</em> (PLS). Hasil lain: (1) ada pengaruh sekolah; (2) (3) tidak (4) siswa; (5) (6) <em> </em> hasil uji sebesar P value 0.222 &gt; 0.05 artinya mempengaruhi langsung ke dependen kecuali melalui mediasi; serta (7) 0.000&gt;0.05 dependen. Simpulan terdapat siswa.<em></em></p>

Purpose of the study: This study investigates influence school environment on formation children’s character within context Civics subjects at South Galesong District, Takalar Regency. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kebutuhan dasar manusia dan membangun inovasi disiplin meningkatkan prestasi guru. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei pada guru sekolah cara menyebarkan google form, 135 responden. <p>Pondasi rasa Bahagia dalam organisasi dibutuhkan, maka perlu upaya bersama menciptakan untuk membangun lingkungan kerja, dan Kerjasama tim yang solid. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengoptimalkan peran mediasi kompetensi terhadap pada pegawai dinas perhubungan kota Cilegon. Jenis kuantitatif, Metode digunakan metode survey kuesioner guru sekolah dasar di Hasil antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh kerja kompetensi; (2) kerjasama (3) bahagia; (4) serta (5) berdasarkan hasil uji sebesar p value 0. 022 0.001 &lt; 0.05 artinya terjadi parsial. Simpulan ini perasaan bahagia tempat mana pun diperhatikan oleh berbagai pihak sehingga tercipta kondusifitas kenyamanan bekerja. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya direkomendasikan dapat menambahkan variable komitmen mengembangkan bahagia.</p>
