A feeding trial lasting for 28 days was conducted, involving 150 old chicks which were randomly allocated to five dietary treatment with 3 replicate, of ten birds per replicate. The experimental diets consisted 0%, 5%, 10%,15% and 20% inclusion level Tithonia Diversifolia (wild sunflower) leaf protein concentrate determine the effect different on Haematological parameters birds. studies carried out packed cell volume (PCV), Haemoglobin concentration (Hb), Red blood (RBC), white cells, Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate (AST), Mean Corpuscular Concentration (MCHC), (MCH), Volume (MCV) Total protein, Albumin, Cholesterol. Packed Cell obtained bird varied significantly each other diet having highest value 29.7±2.52 (p<0.05) 1, 2 5. White cells values 86.33± 185 at 10% diversifolia while 1 had lowest. cholesterol from 4 an average 5.37±0.47 5.20 respectively lowest 4.16 ± 0.33.The total 29.1 0.15 seen in diet. Feed take 99.8 1.52 is similar 5 feed intake observed 94.1 6.85 (10% level) showed weight gain followed by control diets. result shows that could be used without any deleterious broiler chicks.

Introduction ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is a critical condition affecting many individuals worldwide, posing significant risks to patient health and outcomes. Different types of STEMI, such as anterior wall inferior can lead varying in-hospital outcomes following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Understanding these differences crucial for improving care treatment strategies. This study aimed compare the STEMI in patients undergoing PCI at tertiary center.  Methods descriptive cross-sectional included 70 who underwent either Anterior or Chitwan Medical College Teaching Hospital ( CMCTH) were admitted Critical Care Unit (CCU) from February 5th 2021 March 4th 2022. was diagnosed using surface Electrocardiogram (ECG) recorded structured Proforma. Data entered analyzed with SPSS-26. Results Among study, mean age 64.50 ± 9.818 years. The majority (77.1%) male 22.9% female. MI PCI, 11 (15.7%) had cardiogenic shock, 21 (30.0%) AKI, 2 (2.9%) CVA, death. Conclusion Patients worse compared those STEMI.
