However, reinforced concrete (RC) structures, which have been widely employed worldwide for the past 50-60 years, susceptible a range of issues leading varying degrees damage. Factors such as material deterioration, construction techniques, workmanship quality, overloading, aggressive environments, and fatigue corrosion embedded steel reinforcement contribute natural degradation RCC. This deterioration is now evident in numerous structures. In current landscape building research, significance repair rehabilitation cannot be overstated. particularly crucial developed countries where extensive efforts, especially heritage buildings, imperative due cultural historical significance. Dealing with these challenges requires systematic approach, encompassing thorough assessments, innovative strategies, commitment sustainable solutions ensure longevity resilience our built environment.
