Public transport system has been a means of addressing transportation challenges in urban areas, such as traffic congestion, jam and long travel time cities worldwide. Transportation Africa is unique that it the least developed public systems world, while also being one fastest urbanizing continents. Bus Rapid Transit was introduced 2008 to provide solution on challenges. Despite main African developing countries, there have number affects efficiency performance makes its users uncomfortable. Therefore, study aimed at exploring setbacks or associated with operation BRT countries address them. The employed mixed methods research design integrates both qualitative quantitative data collection analysis. findings reveal that, an improvement perspectives commuters after introduction system. However, some waiting time, passengers overcrowding during peak hours, well safety security can slowly change perspective commuters. these recommended reduce improve accessibility by passenger information displays (bus system) automated fare system; bus priority signal; signage CCTV Camera within stops.
