The Lithuanian financial technology (referred to as FinTech) sector is one of the fastest-growing centers in Europe; however, this faces economic, regulatory, and technological challenges that hinder its development. This article aims assess state development Lithuania’s FinTech sector, identify main challenges, provide recommendations promote sector. study uses quantitative indicators, inter-criteria correlation, multi-criteria evaluation methods, SWOT analysis. article’s results will help key factors influence growth Lithuania be useful shaping sector’s further strategy. revealed such favorable regulation most, strengthening innovation ecosystem attracting international investments. Energy efficiency and CO2 emission reduction are key objectives related to climate change mitigation, sustainable development, energy resource management. In the Nordic context, consumption trends in both residential industrial sectors closely linked European Union policies, technological innovation, real estate investments. recent decades, development renovation of sector has become one most important factors determining changes consumption, especially buildings, which remain among largest consumers polluters. this countries’ efforts reduce emissions increase inseparable from sector’s contribution these processes, by promoting investments building modernization energy-saving technologies.
