Echinacoside
(ECH)
is
a
prominent
naturally
occurring
bioactive
compound
with
effects
of
alleviating
myocardial
damage.
We
aimed
to
explore
the
beneficial
ECH
against
sepsis-induced
damage
and
elucidate
potential
mechanism.
Echocardiography
Masson
staining
demonstrated
that
alleviates
cardiac
function
fibrosis
in
cecal
ligation
puncture
(CLP)
model.
Transcriptome
profiling
network
pharmacology
analysis
showed
there
are
51
overlapping
targets
between
ECH.
Subsequently,

carcinogenesis-reactive
oxygen

(ROS)
were
enriched
