Sporadic
Hidradenitis
Suppurativa
(spHS)
is
a
multifactorial
disease
in
which
genetic
predisposition
intertwined
with
environmental
factors.
Due
to
the
still
date
limited
knowledge
of
spHS
genetics,
we
calculated
Polygenic
scores
(PGS)
study
underpinnings
that
contribute
within
European
demographic.
256
patients
and
1686
healthy
controls
were
analyzed
across
6
clinical
centers.
PGS
using
clumping
thresholding
technique
on
70%
total
sample,
remaining
30%
used
for
testing.
The
PANTHER
tool
was
identify
overrepresented
genes.

generated

SNPs
statistically
significant
association
