Abstract Aquilaria (Thymelaeaceae), a tropical and subtropical plant, is one of the main genera that can produce agarwood. sinensis yunnanensis are native Chinese tree species, A. China's agarwood source. Agarwood nontimber forest product with high economic medicinal value. First‐grade sold as much $100 000 per kilogram. There has been little research on saprobic fungi associated , only 11 records having reported. In present study, 10 terrestrial were collected in China. Based morphological phylogenetic studies, these collections introduced herein new genus ( Aquilariomyces ), nine species – aquilariae Corynespora Melomastia maomingensis Nigrograna Parathyridariella Peroneutypa Phaeoseptum Pseudothyridariella Triangularia known Camarographium clematidis ). Descriptions, illustrations characteristics, photo plates, trees, results pairwise homoplasy index test (PHI) provided.

Mangrove ecosystems, located in the land-sea interface, host a diverse array of fungi. In this paper, we introduce novel genus, three species and one new record fungi collected from mangrove environments Pranburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand. We establish Pseudomelanconiella as genus Melanconiellaceae, to accommodate Pseudomelanconiellamangrovei, saprobe submerged decomposing wood Avicenniamarina. Phylogenetic analysis indicates its close relation with Septomelanconiella, but they differ morphology conidia. Additionally, our Melanconiellaceae led reclassification Melanconiellaloropetali Sinodisculaloropetali synonymizing Sinodisculacamellicola Melanconiellacamelliae. This paper also introduces two other species: Peroneutypahibisci, found on Hibiscustiliaceus Pseudochaetosphaeronemabruguierae Bruguieracylindrica, first reported fungus. A Rimoramangrovei Ceriopstagal is reported. These discoveries emphasize rich fungal diversity ecosystems supporting further exploration unique environment.

Saprobic fungi are known for their critical role in decomposition and nutrient cycling. The study of saprobic is equally important, as it helps understanding ecological roles identifying hidden diversity. This focused on Aquilaria , which poorly studied compared to economically important hosts like coffee, tea, rubber. Our rigorous process led the collection two new terrestrial from Guangdong Yunnan provinces China. After extensive phylogenetic analyses detailed comparison morphological characteristics, collections were identified species belonging Pleosporales, Ascomycota. Aquilariomyces maomingensis sp. nov. was isolated sinensis Province, while Mangifericomes aquilariae Province. Full descriptions, photo plates, (maximum likelihood Bayesian inference based LSU, ITS, SSU, tef 1-α, rpb 2 gene combinations) provided, along with a comprehensive list associated spp.

Macadamia trees, the most economically important Proteaceae perennial crop, are globally renowned for their edible nuts. During our surveys of microfungi associated with macadamia in China and Thailand, we isolated three saprobic fungi from dead branches. Our multigene phylogenetic analyses (ITS, LSU, SSU, tef1-α, TUB2, ACT loci), genealogical concordance species recognition (GCPSR) a pairwise homoplasy index (PHI) test, morphological characteristics led to discovery two new species, Dothiorellamacadamiae Phaeoacremoniumchiangmaiense, one record, Melomastiapuerensis. We provide descriptions, photo plates, analysis results, PHI test results along comparisons closely related taxa. These findings have global implications understanding diversity trees.

Apple trees [ Malus domestica Borkh. ( Rosaceae )] are one of the important temperate fruit crops in China. In comparison to other fruits, such as grapes and pears, fungal studies (in Yunnan) associated with M. fewer number. present study, we investigated fungi Qujing City, Yunnan Province, Samples were collected from apple gardens different locations. Single spore isolation was carried out isolate saprobic fungi, while surface sterilization method endophytic fungi. Molecular analyses determine phylogenetic placement new collections. Based on combined methods morphology phylogeny, Cytospora qujingensis sp. nov. Hypoxylon malongense introduced novel taxa, respectively. Moreover, Aureobasidium pullulans schulzeri reported geological records southwestern Allocryptovalsa castaneae is China for first time. The checklist presented.
