Coniella species are distributed worldwide and have been reported as plant pathogens, endophytes, or saprobes. In our ongoing survey of terrestrial fungi in southern China, we obtained isolates from diseased leaf tissues Fujian, Hainan, Yunnan provinces. Maximum likelihood Bayesian inference based on four loci (ITS, LSU, rpb2, tef1-α) were used to clarify the taxonomic placement species. We confirmed that they represent new species, namely Conielladiaoluoshanensis, C.dongshanlingensis, C.grossedentatae, C.veri both morphology phylogeny support. The compared with other comprehensive descriptions micrographs provided.

Species of Fusarium are important phytopathogens, saprobes, and endophytes around the world. Some species can affect plant health cause yield loss economic plants. widely distributed in China, many were found from different hosts. The Fusariumincarnatum-equiseti complex (FIESC) is one most significant complexes within genus. Based on morphological three-gene (cal, rpb2, tef1) phylogenetic analyses, two new Incarnatum clade, host records identified described, viz. Fusariumfici sp. nov., Fusariumxylosmatis Fusariumfecundum, Fusariumweifangense.
