Purpose Human resources analytics (HRA) applications are of theoretical and practical interest to both researchers practitioners. While organizations have begun implement HRA applications, there is currently no established approach for measuring their performance. This study aims address this gap in the literature by proposing a new performance applications. Design/methodology/approach proposes hybrid that combines cumulative belief degree (CBD) partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) measure organizational Findings The measurement proposed has capacity reveal total level an organization, while also providing opportunity subdimensions make up HRA. These include data sufficiency, technological capability, workforce application climate. potential assist do not utilize operations informed decision regarding implementation enables assess if they were Practical implications allows analytical human (HR) field. assessment can be carried out at pre-implementation post-implementation stages Therefore, provides valuable contribution organizations, enabling them enhance capabilities domain. Consequently, addresses significant research. Furthermore, terms applicability developed model diverse domains, it paves way advancement other studies. Originality/value process encompasses multiple interrelated indicators measured using different scales. It therefore essential flexible methodology convert forms evaluation into unified scale integrate order effectively manage inherent complexities uncertainties associated with process. In regard, CBD proves particularly effective. approach, fuzzy set linguistic used indicator scores common takes account uncertainty addition, use PLS-SEM method combine CBDs.
