“Green” investments are a set of financial instruments based on private and public aimed at financing “green” projects. The goal is to consider modern approaches subsidies for agricultural sector Kazakhstan present our own position this issue in the context transition innovative technologies economy form multifactor model. As a vital factor in green innovation, financial agglomeration its impact have drawn growing research interests. Using spatial Durbin model 2010-2021 panel data of 30 provinces China, this study investigates how affects technology efficiency (GTIE). The empirical results demonstrate that exerts significantly positive on the local generates spillover effects to neighboring regions. heterogeneity analysis further indicates compared with eastern regions, are more pronounced central western underlying mechanisms through which facilitates GTIE explored from three dimensions, including industrial structure upgrading effect, financing constraint relaxation information diffusion effect. Improving energy conservation and emission reduction (ECER) efficiency is a virtuous cycle of economic development environmental protection, promoting countries around the world towards sustainable development.
