I know Dr. R. C. Singh Chandel since July 1964 when both of us were first year students in Master’s Program Mathematics at Government Science College, Gwalior, a premier institute learning Madhya Pradesh those days. When the university center not established he was shy young lad and innocent looks as with few words came from rural background Nagla Fauzi Village bordering Uttar State, India, where born on 7th July, 1945.
