<p>Enterprise financial asset allocation depends on its motivation, which significantly influences R&amp;D innovation. In this study, we theoretically analyzed the motivation behind crowding-out effect of enterprise financialization innovation and constructed a panel data model to identify behavior. Furthermore, characteristics enterprises with two types effects innovation: Crowding-out non-crowding-out. Using disclosed from listed companies in China as sample, following conclusions were drawn. First, there are for assets: reservoir substitute motivation. This difference leads whether is Second, based innovation, found that between samples reflected intensity inhibition, while significance. Third, differences mechanism variables among different samples. The moderating equity concentration intensity, financing constraints significance.</p>

Abstract Based on the establishment of China's intellectual property (IP) courts, this article examines impact judicial protection (IPJP) corporate innovation using sample A‐shared listed firms from 2013 to 2021 by time‐varying difference‐in‐differences (DID) model. The result shows that IP courts have a significant positive effect innovation, mainly increasing factor input, including expenditure R&D funds and personnel quantity. Additionally, is stronger for invention patents in non‐state‐owned firms, small high‐tech with low financing constraints.

Using data China's A‐share listed companies between 2009 and 2021, paper finds that has a positive impact corporate this finding remains consistent dependable after conducting series robustness tests. In addition, also uncovers differed across regions, industries, external governance. The results show incentive is more pronounced enterprises with higher levels intellectual property protection region where they are located, belonging to high‐tech industries media attention. Further mechanism analysis reveals enhances by improving fulfilment environmental responsibility alleviating financing constraints.
<p>We investigated the relationship between changes in housing prices and marriage patterns among Chinese residents, considering evolving real estate market increasing prevalence of homogamous marriages. Using microdata from China Household Income Project (CHIP) urban price data, our results showed following: First, levels significantly decreased likelihood residents engaging hypergamous mating marrying individuals lower social strata. Second, regional fluctuations could influence residents' marital matches by affecting spatial distribution genders. Specifically, higher level house prices, greater crowding out effect on marriageable men, less likely men that area were to match downwards marry women classes. Third, heterogeneity analysis indicated eastern regions, younger populations, migrants faced pressures process matching, resulting a more substantial impact these groups. Considering differences factor intensity various industries, research tested heterogeneity among different industries. Using annual data Chinese listed companies from 2010 2019, following empirical findings were obtained: First, enterprise presents feature, i.e., feature. The level first positively affects after it reaches certain turning point, behavior negatively enterprises. Second, feature which is reflected substitute effect, there are disparities levels.
