The objective of this study is to ascertain whether school climate and students’ epistemological beliefs serve as predictors sustainable critical thinking dispositions in middle students. This research designed a correlational study. A total 585 students from four schools Çanakkale, Turkey, participated the research. To end, researchers administered Critical Thinking Disposition Scale, Middle School Students’ Epistemological Belief Climate Survey, gradually collecting raw data. Following collection data, they were subjected analysis using multiple linear regression. results statistical demonstrated that significantly predicted by both climate. In other words, belief omniscient power authority quick learning found have negative correlation with thinking, whereas simple knowledge was observed an inverse positive relationship. dimension climate, relating student–teacher relations, appeared constitute prospective predictor, while authoritarian relations lack resources identified main classroom environment factors. highlights complex mutual influence individual development dispositions.

In the face of pressing global challenges, role education in shaping sustainable values and attitudes among students has become an urgent priority. This study delves into immediate impact awareness on students’ knowledge, values, toward a future, with specific focus environmental (EE). It examines various aspects EE, including curriculum development, teacher training, initiatives within educational institutions, comprehension issues. To understand fostering 2-point Likert scale questionnaire was distributed to randomly selected sample 87 high school teachers. The results, analysed through multiple regression analysis, chi-square test, t-test, Cronbach’s alpha value tests, underscore significant EE preparing children for secure future. further highlights increasing urgency importance climate change, positioning it as crucial element early childhood policies.

This study, which investigates the pursuit of sustainable development through teachers' perspectives on environmental education awareness, has a global impact. In formal education, teachers play critical role in delivering content and fostering necessary skills to achieve Sustainable Agendas (SGDs). Consequently, familiarize with is necessary. A questionnaire was designed collect data about participants' views, understanding, perception future. The Likert scale tool been employed analyze quantitative from randomly selected sample eighty-seven teachers, aiming derive insights for analysis their perspectives. results multiple regression analysis, chi-square test, T-test, Cronbach's alpha indicate that plays significant preparing children safer future, both Pakistan globally. findings show null hypothesis rejected x2(10) = 43.5, p ≤ 0.05. there relationship between educational institutes' approach promoting sustainability. devastating climate changes enhanced importance as future policies at an early level, making this study contribution discourse development.
