The low readiness of university students to implement e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is a worrying issue. Lack motivation and satisfaction in learning coupled with technological skills are widely revealed as contributing factors. This study examines role skills, equipment capabilities, user satisfaction, on readiness. In addition, also significance mediator indirect effect adopted an ex-post-facto design involving 1052 Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Data collection was assisted by using closed questionnaire five Likert scale tested for validity reliability. Structural Equation Modeling analyzes data through path analysis bootstrap methods. results show that significantly affect Furthermore, structural model has been confidence interval 97.5%. study's strengthen theory shaping readiness, aspects digital technology needed, so vocational education must these aspects.
