To
explore
the
visual
experience
characteristics
and
influencing
factors
of
college
students'
attention
intervention
in
interface
mobile
learning
platform
by
using
eye-tracking
technology,

With
the
acceleration
of
globalization,
international
education
has
gradually
become
core
content
higher
education.
In
this
context,
students
have
encountered
lots
intercultural
challenges,
making
evaluation
and
improvement
their
communication
competence
(ICC)
a
key
issue.
It
is
difficult
for
traditional
methods,
such
as
questionnaire
surveys,
interviews,
teacher
evaluations,
to
meet
needs
current
educational
institutions
because
they
are
subjective,
time-consuming,
inefficient.
After
describing
ICC
process
under
management
model,
study
proposed
new
automatic
method
based
on
dual-scale
convolutional
neural
network
(CNN)
model
bi-directional
long-short-term
memory
(Bi-LSTM)
characters
words.
