Abstract Recent advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) have paved the way for integration of text-based and voice-enabled chatbots as adaptive virtual tutors education. Despite increasing use AI-powered language learning, there is a lack studies exploring attitudes perceptions teachers students towards these intelligent tutors. This study aims to compare several linguistic technological aspects four App-Integrated Chatbots (AICs) examine among English Foreign Language (EFL) teacher candidates. In this mixed-methods research based on convenience sampling, 237 college from Spain (n = 155) Czech Republic 82) interacted with AICs over month, evaluated them following rubric Chatbot-Human Interaction Satisfaction Model. scale was specifically designed assess different features such response interval, semantic coherence, sentence length, user interface. Quantitative qualitative data were gathered through pre-post-survey, CHISM model student assessment reports. analyzed using SPSS statistics software, while examined QDA Miner focusing identifying recurring themes frequency analysis.
