The primary characteristics of 21st-century learning emphasize the importance digital literacy in preparing individuals to manage information, collaborate, and adapt rapid changes society. A project-based model is crucial as it equips students with necessary skills navigate effectively an increasingly interconnected world through authentic projects integrating technology, enabling them learn, innovate, communicate a continually evolving global context. This development study aims produce valid, practical, effective "SCIENCE" Digital Literacy Learning Model based on project approaches. research method employed 4D R&D (Define, Design, Development, Dissemination). was conducted at SMP Advent 5 Kairagi Weru, Grade VIII, Second Semester Academic Year 2023/2024. Research instruments used include interviews, observations, questionnaire surveys, achievement tests. Data analysis techniques utilized descriptive statistics. Based findings, validity test results were categorized valid percentage 88.89%. Practicality assessment teacher responses indicated very practical category 91.67%, while student also 94.46%. effectiveness highly 88%. In conclusion, can be inferred that meets criteria being effective.
