Consequently, they relied heavily on Internet for studying, online teaching, official meetings, communication, entertainment, conferences, and work. There is possibility that has led greater inclination towards internet addiction compared both pre-pandemic post-pandemic periods. behavioral disorder characterized by excessive compulsive use interferes with daily life activities. prevalence been concern several years, an increasing people spending considerable amounts time online. Several studies provide evidence occurrence varies significantly across countries cultures, certain regions demonstrating higher rates than others. People’s daily life was affected and ostensible behavioral changes were noticed. objective of this research is to diagnose impact pandemic university students (ENSA Fez), how their lifestyle, education (distant learning, connectivity problems, withdrawal from course attendance), mental/physical health deterioration (stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, lack physical activity).
