Competency-Based Medical Education has emerged as a transformative approach to medical education worldwide. It focuses on the overall development of trainee physicians ensure effective and safe patient care. To evaluate faculty members' perspectives identify perceived challenges for its implementation in college Delhi. A cross-sectional study was conducted July 2022 among 127 members Vardhman Mahavir College Safdarjung Hospital, New Data were collected using validated self-developed questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha: 0.85). The median age 42 years, with teaching experience 10 years. Ninety-one percent aware Education, 88% believed it be superior previous curriculum. Integrated (62%) early clinical exposure (55%) identified most anticipated benefits. Faculty cited infrastructural deficits (93%) competing time demands priorities (85%) major barriers implementation. address challenges, National Commission should availability sufficient infrastructure provide regular training programs members.
