Purpose:The purpose of the study was to identify key reasons for intensifying risk management activities in supply chains.To achieve objective, following research hypotheses were adopted: H1 -the extent business activity is not correlated with problems related demand constraints and timeliness payments, H2 -disruptions chain continuity during a COVID-19 pandemic are independent type chain.Design/methodology/approach: These paper highlights importance addressing induced disruptions activities.Achieving stated goal requires answering two questions:(1) What companies facing due coronavirus pandemic, (2) actions taking ensure continuity, especially Poland conditions.137 enterprises participated research, including 118 foreign capital.The survey conducted online.The sample included entities from manufacturing, trading, service sectors located throughout Poland.Companies selected using snowball method, starting managers friendly asking them other that could take part study.Findings: The showed chains maintained, able keep inventories only at minimum level.The also analysed impact remote work on effects functioning assessed support under anti-crisis shields.Originality/value: has been carried out order factors have greatest influence efficiency Polish enterprises.The level.

Di era yang ditandai dengan ketidakpastian global tak tertandingi, organisasi bergulat berbagai macam risiko melampaui batas-batas tradisional. Makalah penelitian ini menyelidiki lanskap strategi manajemen dalam konteks global, bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pendekatan efektif dan praktik-praktik terbaik. Metodologi komprehensif menggabungkan analisis kualitatif pemeriksaan bibliometrik digunakan. Analisis mengungkap beragam strategi, termasuk terpadu, keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, adaptif, integrasi keberlanjutan. Melengkapi hal ini, menggunakan VOSviewer menyoroti penulis berpengaruh, karya-karya utama, tema-tema lazim. Integrasi temuan-temuan menggarisbawahi pentingnya interdisipliner mencakup dimensi ekonomi, lingkungan, sosial. Istilah-istilah penting seperti "Ketidakpastian", "Ketidakpastian Global", "Perubahan Iklim" mengungkapkan konsep-konsep beresonansi diskusi-diskusi risiko. Pada akhirnya, makalah memperkaya pemahaman tentang digunakan oleh menavigasi jaringan rumit, menumbuhkan ketahanan pengambilan keputusan tepat.

Abstract The COVID‐19 pandemic represented a novel risk event. Research on similar past crises identified culture and leadership as properties of effective enterprise management to enable companies respond “like rubber ball” such events. focus this paper is the question how (ERM) can develop resilience. A comprehensive literature review was undertaken enrich ERM framework with insights from organizational resilience theory, resource dynamic capability theory system psychodynamic thinking, addressing human dynamics at play when coping crisis. It complemented by global empirical study among C‐level executives in insurance pandemic.
