The
purpose
of
this
project
is
to
examine
why
the
mental
health
employees
should
be
prioritized
in
workplace.
Most
have
likely
experienced
a
visible
illness
or
injury
at
some
point
during
their
careers.
It
easier
identify
these
physical
ailments
that
may
adversely
affect
an
employee’s
performance
work,
such
as
broken
leg
common
cold.
However,
there
are
conditions
much
less
negatively
impact
every
day,
and
one
them.
A
person’s
significant
factor
work
life
not
ignored.
While
it
difficult
recognize
when
someone
struggling
with
depression,
anxiety,
another
form
on
surface,
employers
automatically
assume
entire
staff
okay.
As
result
COVID-19
pandemic
coupled
increase
civil
unrest
society,
must
reevaluate
way
they
conduct
business,
starting
treatment
employees.
To
aid
prioritizing
paper’s
objectives
address
stigma
associated
issues/illness,
develop
recommendations
for
inclusive
environments,
employer’s
investment
health,
reduce
employee
turnover,
normalize
respect
findings
discussed,
provided.
Employers
who
intentionally
prioritize
invest
employees’
will
significantly
costs
attracting
recruiting
new
due

turnover
rates.

This
study
examined
the
situation
of
raising
a
four-month-old
baby
after
pregnancy
and
childbirth
during
COVID-19
pandemic.
A
fact-finding
survey
was
conducted
using
an
anonymous
self-administered
questionnaire
for
mothers
their
husbands
(hereinafter
referred
to
as
fathers)
who
came
