تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر القيادة الأصيلة والدعم التنظيمي على أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعات صعيد مصر. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، جمع البيانات باستخدام الأستبيان من عينة مكونة 400 عضو تدريس. وكانت الأداة المستخدمة عبارة عن استبيان تم توزيعه عبر Google Form بناءً مقياس ليكرت. وفي الوقت نفسه، الحصول اختبار الفرضيات نتائج الانحدار وتحليل الارتباط الخطي. أشارت النتائج أن كلا لهما تأثير إيجابي كبير التدريس. تسلط الضوء أهمية في تعزيز وتوضح المترتبة للقادة الأكاديميين وصانعي السياسات لتعزيز ممارسات الجامعات المصرية.This study aims to measure the effect of authentic leadership and organizational support on academic staff's performance in upper Egypt universities. A descriptive analytical approach was employed, data were collected using a survey questionnaire from sample staff members. The instrument used distributed via based Likert scale.
