BACKGROUND Thin endometrium, leading cause of recurrent implantation failure and infertility, has been found to respond exosomes. AIM To investigate the efficacy exosomes in addressing issue thin endometrium. METHODS RNA sequencing reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction were employed identify differentially expressed microRNAs (miRNAs) human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell (hucMSC) treated with enriched endometrial cell-derived components. Additionally, Gene Ontology Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes analyses conducted highlight significant enrichment specific biological pathways, molecular functions, cellular Transwell wound healing assays performed assess migratory potential, western blotting was detected protein level. RESULTS A total 53 miRNAs identified hucMSC components, comprising 27 upregulated 26 downregulated miRNAs, which includes miR-137-3p. Enhanced potential observed assays, confirmed epithelial differentiation increased p-signal transducer activator transcription 3. These effects attributed upregulation CONCLUSION miR-137-3p from hypoxia-affected stimulates signal 3 signaling pathway, enhancing migration into cell.
