This study explored the psychological changes, adaptation processes, and paradigm shifts experienced during self-quarantine. It collected data through in-depth interviews with 19 participants. Using phenomenological method, it observed that negative changes—such as fear, remorse, a sense of claustrophobia, uncertainty—and health-related anxiety were common Additionally, when looking at life self-quarantine, was confirmed there restrictions on leisure pursuits, recovery period, social support. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence emotional labor, positive psychological capital, and rewards on retention intention among coronavirus diseases 19 (COVID-19) ward nurses in regional public hospitals. Methods: subjects were who directly participated nursing while wearing protective gear (level D or higher) a COVID-19 ward. Data collected from March 15 29, 2021, total 187 questionnaires analyzed. data analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way analysis variance, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, multiple regression using SPSS for Windows version 27.0. Results: mean scores 3.48, 3.74, 3.22, 5.75. factors influencing intension capital (β=.28, p<.001), explanatory power 20.0%. Conclusion: These results indicate that order increase intention, it is necessary foster high can make good use emotions, additional research needed clarify nurses’s remain organization.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to obtain a deep understanding experiences stigma among people infected with COVID-19 in South Korea. This study was conducted to identify the types of perception toward quarantine measures at hospitals or community treatment centers among patients infected with COVID-19.This applied Q-methodology. Two hundred and nineteen Q populations were constructed based on related literature in-depth interviews 5 adults COVID-19 who experienced hospitalization.
