Abstract
Aims
The
aim
of
this
study
was
to
investigate
the
effects
progressive
muscle
relaxation
on
sleep
quality
and
fatigue
in
patients
with
rheumatoid
arthritis.
Methods
This
randomized
controlled
conducted
72
arthritis
who
applied
rheumatology
outpatient
clinic
a
university
hospital
between
January
May
2018.
data
were
collected
using
Patient
Information
Form,
Pittsburgh
Sleep
Quality
Index
Fatigue
Severity
Scale.
After
intervention
group
completed
forms,
given
training
regard
application
which
they
subsequently
performed,
Scale
forms
repeated
after
6
weeks.
Results
performing
for
weeks,
total
score
decreased
among
group;
no
change
observed
control
group.
A
statistical
difference
found
two

AIM:
This
study
